Terms of Service

1. Who may use this

Teacher Agenda ("the App") is provided for teachers and students at schools that have registered to use it. A school is registered by somebody with an address at that school's own email domain, and everyone signing in from that domain joins it. By using the App you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your school Google account. Do not share your login, and do not use another person's account. Accounts are identified as teacher or student automatically from the email address; attempting to obtain access you were not granted is a misuse of the App.

3. Checklists and grading

Marking a checklist step complete is a record used for participation credit, so mark steps only for work you have actually done. The optional "Got it / Shaky / Lost" rating never affects a grade — it exists so teachers can see which parts of a lesson need revisiting, and answering it honestly is what makes it useful. A teacher may mark a step as not covered, which removes it from every count.

4. AI-assisted content

The App drafts lesson boards and student checklists with AI. Generated content can be wrong, incomplete, or biased. Teachers are responsible for reviewing anything generated before it reaches students, and remain responsible for the accuracy of their own lesson material.

5. Shared links and sub plans

Share links show lesson content to anyone who has the link, without sign-in; you are responsible for who you give them to. Sub plans are downloaded or copied by you; the App does not send them anywhere, so where they go is up to you.

6. Availability and your content

The App is provided "as is," without warranty, and may be unavailable, changed, or discontinued at any time. Lesson content you write remains yours and the school's; keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for lost data or for interruptions in service.

7. Paid plans

Card payments are taken by Stripe; the App never receives your card details. A payment produces an access code, shown on screen and emailed to the address given at checkout, and the licence starts when the code is entered. A district payment produces one code per school instead of one for the whole payment; each is a separate, identical licence, redeemed and run independently by its own school. Yearly plans run for a year from that day. The monthly Teacher plan renews each month until cancelled; cancelling stops the next charge, and the licence runs to the end of the month already paid for. If a licence ends, the account returns to the free plan and nothing is deleted. Questions about a charge or a refund go to info@jetnoir.systems.
