One teacher is free forever — not a trial. Beyond that you are paying for the people planning lessons, not the children doing them. Every plan includes unlimited students.

A teacher whose school hasn’t bought in yet.
$60per teacher, per year
$600 a year for 10 teachers.
$2,900per year, per school
Any school over about 48 teachers. Stop counting.
School plans start at 5 teachers. Above about 48 the unlimited rate is the cheaper one — we will tell you that rather than let you find out later. Districts running several schools get one agreement and one invoice.
Not per student, not per seat, not ever. A student is not a licence — they tick off their steps and say how the lesson went, and that is the whole point of the tool.
A licence that ends drops the school back to the free plan — it does not switch anything off. Boards keep showing, students keep working, teachers keep their accounts and nothing is deleted. Sub plans and impact reports pause only while you have more teachers than the free plan covers.
Every plan includes AI drafting, and the monthly numbers are set far above what anyone actually uses — 600 a month is twenty a day, every school day. They exist to catch a runaway loop, not to meter your planning. If you ever hit one, tell us: that is a bug in the number, not a reason to upgrade.
Every school's boards, rosters and records are separate. Export a class or an impact report at any time, including after a licence ends.
Not fourteen days. If you are the only person at your school using it, you never pay — that is how the second teacher finds out it exists. A new school also gets 60 days with every teacher included, so a department can evaluate it together.
The AI drafting is the only part of Teacher Agenda with a real cost per use, so here is that cost. A whole 80-minute board runs about 3250 tokens, which at Groq's published rates for openai/gpt-oss-120b is $0.0012 a draft. 600 of those a month is $0.71, or about $9 a year against a $70 licence.
Which is the point of publishing it. An AI allowance feels like the expensive part of a plan, so it tends to get set defensively low — and a teacher planning a full unit then hits a ceiling that was protecting a few dollars. The allowance here is a runaway-loop backstop, not a ration. Nobody teaching a real timetable will meet it.
Rates read 2026-08-30. They change when the model changes, and this page recalculates with them rather than quoting a figure somebody typed once.
You get a code. One person at your school signs in, opens School Settings and types it in — that is the whole activation. No account to create, no seats to assign one by one, no contract to sign before you can try it. Codes can be dated to your school year, so a licence bought in April runs to next June rather than starting the day the invoice clears.
If a teacher's own licence is the right fit instead, that code works the same way and travels with them — it takes none of the school's seats.
Join the waitlistNo. One teacher per school is free for good, with every feature. A licence is for when colleagues join, or when you want more AI drafting than the free allowance.
A code, on screen and by email. Whoever signs in enters it once under School, Licence, and it takes effect immediately. A yearly licence runs a year from the day it's entered.
Yes. Choose "Talk to us", or ask on the last step of the guide, and we'll invoice the school. Card checkout covers the Teacher plan and schools of up to 30 teachers.
Nothing is deleted and nothing locks. The school drops back to the free plan: boards, checklists and the gradebook keep working, and there's a grace period while renewals clear.
Open School, then Licence, then Manage billing. It keeps working to the end of the month you've paid for, then returns to Free.
Unlimited, districts, purchase orders, or a question that isn’t on this page. It goes straight to a person.
